The HoloFood Salmon microbial genome catalogue contains 11 bacterial species from Salmon gut.
The genomes contribute to the MGnify non-modelfish-gut metagenome-assembled genome (MAG) catalogue and annotations for them are available on MGnify.

Maximum likelihood phylogenetic tree of 11 bacterial species from the salmon gut, generated with iqtree and plotted in iTol. The branches of the tree are coloured by phyla as indicated in the key. The coloured ring around the outside indicates whether the MAG is novel with respect to the GTDB.
